The National Audit Office (NAO) held a series of specialized training courses, which benefited 28 technical and administrative employees.
The technical courses included training on big data analysis, and were presented by Salah Alyafaei, Audit Manager at the Performance Audit Directorate, and Faisal Albanna, Audit Supervisor at the Performance Audit Directorate.
The two courses aimed at developing the skills of processing and displaying big data using the tools available in Excel, Power Query and Power Bi programs, and the steps and tools for their analysis, with a focus on reporting skills and related statistical charts.
The NAO Bureau also organized a special course in public relations and international cooperation in cooperation with the "Golden Trust" Institute, presented by Bahraini coach Mohammed Al-Quwti.
The course targeted administrative employees and discussed the preparation and implementation of successful public relations campaigns, how to project the best image of the organization, crisis communication skills, management of official events and conferences, coordination of official visits (the ideal host), and familiarization with etiquette and business protocol.
It also addressed the development of professional communication and negotiation skills with international bodies, organizations and institutions, concluding international agreements and preparing relevant documents.
