Annual Reports

The National Audit Office prepares an annual report on the final account of the State and the final accounts of the entities subject to its audit, as well as on the results of the performance audit and compliance audit.

The Annual Report is presented to His Majesty the King, Cabinet and parliament before the prescribed date for the approval of the final account concerning that report.

The parliament may invite the Auditor General to attend the sessions in which the parliament discusses the National Audit Office’s report, and shall allow the Auditor General to express his views on the matters under discussion, and on the government replies or statements concerning the said matters.
