Forensic Audit is defined as a specialized practice of providing technical support through the implementation of procedures aimed at preventing and detecting violations of a financial and administrative nature and submitting audit reports on the results of those tasks to the concerned entities and the competent authorities. Forensic Audit is one of the NAO’s specializations under Article (5) of its law.
