Manama – The National Audit Office:
The National Audit Office participated in a training program on reviewing risk assessment processes, organized by the State Audit Bureau of Qatar in coordination with the General Secretariat of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC).
The program, held within the framework of the implementation of the training plan for 2024-2025, aimed to introduce participants to risk assessment processes and methods, self-assessment mechanisms, and how to plan reviewing assessment tasks.
The lectures included several related topics, such as the concept, importance and objectives of risk management processes, the role of the auditor in reviewing them, methods and methods of assessing them, in addition to preparing the risk register and audit report.
The program was attended by Iman Qambar - Senior Auditor - Information Systems Audit Directorate, and Ahmed Al-Jalahma - Assistant Auditor - Administrative Audit Directorate from the NAO Bahrain.
