His Excellency Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Auditor General of the National Audit Office (NAO), congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the successful organization of the 21st edition of the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix in 2025, with McLaren team winning the first place.
H.E. Shaikh Ahmed stressed that this distinguished and impressive success in hosting the race adds to the series of successive successes achieved by the Kingdom of Bahrain, thanks to the unlimited attention, support and generous patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the follow-up and directives of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
His Excellency pointed out that this great achievement confirms the Kingdom of Bahrain's high potential and wide experience and its ability to host major international events, as well as the efficiency of national cadres and the ability of Bahraini youth and their distinguished presence in various events at the local and international levels.
