Manama – National Audit Office:

His Excellency Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, President of the National Audit Office, affirmed that the Royal Address delivered by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, during the Cabinet’s regular weekly meeting held in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, reflects a comprehensive national vision. It demonstrates His Majesty’s keenness to strengthen the nation’s security and stability, safeguard its civilisational and developmental achievements, and reinforce the foundations of responsible national action to confront various challenges and changes.

He noted that the Royal Address’s praise for citizens’ awareness and honourable national positions reflects the strength of the deeply rooted relationship between the leadership and the people. It further confirms that national unity and social cohesion will remain the fundamental pillars for sustaining the path of comprehensive development and achieving further national accomplishments. His Majesty’s appreciation of the sincere patriotic positions demonstrated by state institutions and the various components of society embodies the importance of national partnership in protecting achievements, promoting the values of loyalty and belonging, and consolidating a culture of shared responsibility for the advancement and prosperity of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

His Excellency also highlighted His Majesty the King’s emphasis on the importance of preserving the nation’s security and stability and protecting its interests, noting that adherence to the law, the consolidation of integrity and transparency, and the enhancement of institutional performance efficiency constitute essential pillars for supporting the development process and strengthening confidence in state institutions.

He affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain’s high level of readiness and efficiency across various vital sectors reflects the Royal vision and the wise directives of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which have contributed to strengthening the Kingdom’s capacity to deal with challenges and developments with efficiency and competence.

He also praised the Royal Address’s emphasis on giving precedence to peace and promoting regional security and stability, reflecting Bahrain’s steadfast approach based on wisdom, diplomacy, and respect for international law, as well as its support for efforts aimed at consolidating stability and cooperation among nations and peoples.

His Excellency Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa explained that His Majesty the King’s call for constant readiness to meet the requirements of the current and future stage reflects a forward-looking strategic vision. It underscores the importance of continuing to develop national capabilities, enhance institutional performance efficiency, and advance the system of work in line with the Kingdom’s aspirations and development goals.
