His Excellency Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Auditor General at the National Audit Office (NAO), extended his warmest wishes and congratulations to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the victory of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, and captain of the Royal Endurance Team, in the 160km endurance race at the World Endurance Championship in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
HE said that that remarkable achievement reflected the outstanding levels of Bahraini sports thanks to the excellent patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the support from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
HE Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed stressed that winning the championship added to HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa’s, record of achievements in various sports, and consolidated the high level that Bahraini sports had reached thanks to HH's tireless and continuous efforts to advance and upgrade the sports and youth sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
