The training course focused on an introduction to the constitutional system of the Kingdom of Bahrain, with a concentration on the checks and balances established to protect public funds.
Also, an introduction was given to the different legal instruments used by public bodies to exercise their constitutional mandate, with a focus on the classification and order of such instruments, as well as when to use each of them.
