The NAO held a training course on “Managerial and Supervisory Skill” for its employees, which was conducted by Ms. Christine Kowal, Certified trainer at the Ernst & Young.
The course aimed to raise awareness among the NAO’s employees on the importance of these skills when performing their work and dealing with their work environment.
It included many topics as an introduction to Management ,effective communication ,teamwork ,performance management and managing change.
