The National Audit Office (NAO) organized an advanced training course on leadership and management skills for 22 employees from different directorates and job levels.
Participants learnt about the technical skills of a strategic leader, how to create high-performance teams, understand the strategic vision of an organization and how to lead the work environment through global changes.
The course also discussed strategic management skills, how to communicate the strategic vision of the organization and understand financial statements and plan budgets.
The course was delivered by Mr. Paul Taylor from EMIC Training, who is an expert in the fields of organizational development, job performance development, increase in productivity and work environment improvement.
