H.E. Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohamed Al Khalifa, Auditor General of the National Audit Office (NAO), congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the victory of the McLaren Team in the Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix.
H.E. Shaikh Ahmed stressed that this recent global sporting achievement reinforced the Kingdom of Bahrain’s outstanding position on the international motorsports map and reflects the impressive level of Bahraini sports thanks to the patronage of HM the King, and the follow-up and support of HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
"This victory adds to the Kingdom of Bahrain’s global sports achievements, which have become a source of pride for the people of Bahrain, and which encourages them to excel in regional and global competitions," he stated.
