The National Audit Office (NAO) in cooperation with the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) organized a training course on "Effective Professional Presentation Skills", which was attended by 19 employees.
The participants were trained in creating content outlines to enhance the flow of ideas, choosing the right presentation aids, and handling the audience with confidence. In addition, participants learnt about “nerve management” techniques to enhance their presentation and using their voices for greater effect.
The course was presented by Michael Jackson, an expert trainer, internationally qualified and accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and holding a number of professional certificates in the field of training. He has more than 30 years of experience in digital transformation and executive leadership training, and using best practices to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs while increasing performance.
