Manama – The National Audit Office:
H.E. Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Auditor General of the National Audit Office (NAO), received in his office this morning H.E. Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education, where they discussed strengthening partnership and cooperation to improve the level of performance and the quality and efficiency of services provided to citizens.
H.E. Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa praised the development in the educational process in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the achievements of the Ministry of Education. He hinted at the good cooperation of all institutions and educational bodies with the NAO’s employees which helped facilitate their audit work.
H.E. looked forward to further coordination to consolidate the principles of integrity, transparency and professionalism in order to contribute to achieving the goals of the comprehensive development process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and supported by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
For his part, H.E. the Minister of Education, Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma stressed the important role of the National Audit Office in protecting public funds and preserving national capabilities. He praised the NAO employees’ level of professionalism and expressed the ministry readiness for more cooperation and coordination.
