The NAO organized another webinar for its employees on drafting audit notes and preparing audit reports.
The seminar was conducted by Ms. Zain Al-Saad, audit supervisor at the Regularity Audit Directorate and aimed to familiarize participants with the NAO’s Law and INTOSAI’s standards for formulating audit notes and preparing audit reports.
The methodology for drafting audit notes and recommendations resulting from regularity audit work were discussed. Participants heard about common mistakes made when drafting audit notes and how to avoid them. They also learnt how to prepare audit reports and include audit notes in the annual report issued by the NAO.
