Manama – The National Audit Office:
HE Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Auditor General of the National Audit Office (NAO), sent a cable of congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the anniversary of the National Action Charter.
HE Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed stressed that the National Action Charter was an important milestone in the history of the Kingdom of Bahrain, reflecting the insightful vision of His Majesty the King and the beginning of his reform project, which laid the foundations for a modern Bahrain and ambitious national achievements in various fields.
He added that the Charter’s anniversary presented an opportunity to remember the overwhelming support of the people for the country’s leadership with a voting rate of 98.4%. It confirmed the vision of His Majesty the King for greater progress and prosperity of the Kingdom of Bahrain and a brighter future for its citizens.
HE the Auditor General praised the continued efforts of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to support the reform project and achieve further development and progress for a prosperous future of the country.
HE affirmed his determination to continue to make every effort in his work to help achieve the aspirations of His Majesty the King and the people of the Kingdom of Bahrain towards greater prosperity.
