The National Audit Office (NAO) recently organized a lecture on Emotional Intelligence for the employees of the Administrative Audit department, prepared by Capital Knowledge and presented by trainer Iman Noureddine.
The aim of this lecture is to enable employees to evaluate their own and other persons’ verbal and nonverbal communication as well as manage their own and other persons’ emotions, increase the capacity to make sound decisions, build mutually supportive relationships and handle stress effectively.
