The National Audit Office (NAO) held a training course for selected employees on how to organize conferences and events according to modern methods in cooperation with EMIC Training.
The course, which was presented by Ms. Mona Al-Zayed, an expert and trainer in protocol, etiquette, career and personal development, introduced the participants to advanced tools and methods in managing public relations, preparing media campaigns, communicating, managing events and conferences, coordinating visits and receiving guests.
In addition, participants learnt how to achieve successful public relations plans and how to communicate in times of crisis.
